About the Job
Global Luxury Automotive Dealership seeking an aftermarket warranty payable administrator.
Schedule is M-F and hours 8AM to 5PM or 7AM to 4PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims accurately and timely.
- Ensure all warranty documentation is complete and compliant.
- Communicate with manufacturers and vendors regarding warranty claims.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding claims.
- Coordinate with the service department to resolve warranty issues.
- Process payments
- monthly reconsiling of warranty payments
Experience Required
- Previous Accounts Payalbe experience a plus
- Automotive experience a plus but not manadatory
- Basic excel skils and basic understanding of debits/credits and month end reconsiliation
- Ability to handle mulitple tasks and to be deadline driven
- Organization and analytical ability
