**About the team:**
The team efficiently manages the aftersales parts and accessories process, handling inquiries, pricing, and order entry for dealers and end-users. They ensure balanced inventory levels, collaborate with factories for pricing and availability, and provide timely quotes and follow-up for exceptional customer service. Additionally, the team oversees the maintenance of online platforms, assists in sales promotions, resolves customer complaints, and ensures smooth documentation and reporting workflows.
**Your responsibilities as a Field Sales Representative:**
+ Process after sales parts and accessories through the following duties: Receive inquiries via phone, email, online and provide pricing and availability information.
+ Enter aftermarket parts and accessories orders for dealers and end users into internal databases.
+ Monitor inventory levels to ensure a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, dealer network and industry customers.
+ Communicate with factories to determine price and availability and provide customer quotes as needed for parts and accessories.
+ Follow up to ensure excellent customer service.
+ Monitor and maintain the internet site to market our units, parts, and accessories.
+ Assist in sales promotions and handle customer complaints.
+ Assist in the collection of past-due accounts.
+ Provide a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork and reporting.
+ Assign and schedule field work.
**Your profile as a Field Sales Representative:**
+ Associates Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or other relevant field
+ 0-3 years of relevant experience
+ Experience quoting customers, estimating labor hours, scheduling work for others, and billing receivables.
+ Computer skills, specifically MS Office
