Key Responsibilities:

One-on-One ABA Services: Implement evidence-based interventions to help children with Autism develop independence, positive behaviors, and critical life skills.

Collaborative Care: Work closely with a team of clinicians to execute individualized care plans and skill-building strategies.

Accurate Data Collection: Record client progress during sessions using electronic devices, ensuring accurate documentation for treatment plans.

Positive Learning Environment: Create an encouraging, supportive atmosphere for each child, working to build rapport with both children and their families.

Collaboration & Feedback: Work with families and Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to assess progress and adjust treatment strategies for better outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.

Passion & Patience: A genuine desire to work with children and a calm, compassionate demeanor in challenging situations.

Willingness to Learn: A commitment to growing your skills and learning new approaches in the ABA field.

Commitment: We’re looking for team members who are ready to make a 6-month commitment to work with our clients and support their progress.
Key Details:

Where: Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based settings.

Schedule: All positions start as part-time, with flexible hours to accommodate your current work schedule.

Training: You will be required to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course to get started.
