After School Classroom Leader – Part Time

A well-established company in Dayton, OH is looking for After School Classroom Leaders for a part time/seasonal position.

Position Details:

Candidates needed for a After school classroom leader position in Dayton, OH. This is a 2^nd shift position with the hours of 2pm-6pm, averaging 20 hours per week.
 
You can also receive PeopleFirst Staffing bonus of $50 for a referral bonus when you refer a friend after they complete 80 hours!

Position overview:
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 

• Prepare classroom for the day
• Take attendance and check in youth as they arrive
• Create expectations for classroom
• Excellent written skills to document any incidents that may occur
• Able to attend all training and meetings as required
• Able to interact well with children of all ages
• Excellent communication skills to create a positive work environment
• Sanitize classroom surfaces, organize supplies, and reset room at the end of the day
• Able to be flexible with any changes to schedule and/or duties
• Plan activities and games based on age group
• Assist children with completing homework and other learning material

Qualifications:

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to read, write and communicate in English
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Have previous experience working with children
