JOB SUMMARY:
The After Sales Support Manager is responsible for managing and developing the uptime department and bridging the internal gap between both the sales and service departments. This individual will manage a team of analysts that monitors and educates customers on maintenance practices, recalls, warning lights, and current/future breakdowns. They will work closely with UpFit Center on customer builds and aftersales support, in addition to developing partnerships and relationships with customers after the initial sale. The After Sales Support Manager will communicate with identified fleet customers to determine how Ohio Peterbilt can support their needs and create and build partnerships with those customers to allow Ohio Peterbilt to provide the best customer service.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Must have eight to ten years of fleet administration experience. A broad knowledge of operations, policies, and customers or related experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Manual Dexterity: Regular repetitive use of hands, wrists, and fingers will be required. Must be able to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including the use of a computer keyboard.
- Mobility: Frequently required to sit or stand for prolonged periods. Occasionally will stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist.
- Strength: May occasionally lift and/or move light to moderate amount of weight.
- Work Environment: The noise level can vary from quiet in office settings to moderate or loud in other situations, with sudden loud noises possible.
