Description

• Permanent position for an After-market Sales Manager to sell and promote packaging equipment spare parts, modifications and service.
• Develop, generate and manage sales of modifications, and spare parts in designated territory.
• Manage and generate sales activity for large key accounts as well as small to mid-size customers.
• Sell and promote spare parts, modifications, and service contracts.
• Execute the complete sales cycle from initial contact, creation and maintenance of strong customer relations.
• Maintain and manage customer data base and reports in CRM.
• Analysis of market and competition to identify external threats and opportunities to adapt strategy to changing conditions.
• After-market sales forecast planning.
• Drive growing sales in expanding market.
• Total compensation is $80000-87000 (base) plus commission.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with pharmaceutical packaging equipment and processes.
• Having a strong network of industry contacts and connections is helpful.
• Understanding business implications of decisions, including profitability, market and competition.
• Aligns work with strategic goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to create and maintain strong customer relationships.
