For more information, visit www.solomonedwards.com. Position Summary: This role supports a vital system migration initiative centered on AFS and Loan IQ. The objective is to finalize platform selection and ensure the seamless execution of the migration project. Ideal candidates will have extensive hands-on experience with loan management systems, particularly Loan IQ or AFS, and a proven track record of successful migrations. This engagement is expected to last 1 year. Essential Duties: - Lead or contribute to the migration process, ensuring efficient data mapping, validation, and transfer between legacy systems and the target platform (AFS or Loan IQ). - Collaborate with stakeholders to assess system capabilities, provide gap analysis, and recommend solutions to meet business objectives. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Loan IQ or AFS, addressing complex issues related to system integration, data transformation, and reporting. - Define and manage product backlogs, prioritize requirements, and establish acceptance criteria for migration deliverables. - Provide detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and migration roadmaps. - Conduct system testing, validate data accuracy, and ensure successful migration outcomes. - Support training efforts by creating user documentation and delivering hands-on training to end users and stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in Product Management or Agile practices are a plus. - 5-10 years of migration experience, including hands-on involvement in at least two large-scale migrations for different clients. - 5-10 years of years of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in Loan IQ or AFS. Skills and Job-Specific Competencies: - Proficiency in stakeholder communication, gap analysis, and system integration. - Strong understanding of end-to-end loan processing workflows and best practices. - Ability to manage cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight and deliver results in high-pressure environments. Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion. Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current yearly compensation for this role is $100,000 - $180,000 on W2.
