JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Overview America's
Logistics, an American Foods Group Company and a sister Company to
America's Service Line, LLC has an opportunity for a Customer Service
Representative in beautiful Green Bay, Wisconsin. Customer Service
Representatives are an integral part of our team and essential to our
business. They allow us to provide superior transportation service and
support to our customers as well as to over-the-road drivers. If you are

world. As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Work closely with
drivers, driver managers/load planners, sales, manufacturing,
distribution, and external customers. Be responsible for building
lasting relationships with your customers that allow you to better serve
their needs. Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for all
shipments, monitor driver progress along their route to their
destination and adjust schedules to meet customers deadlines. NOTE: this

these duties are considered marginal. Qualifications Minimum
Qualifications (Required): Strong customer service skills. Excellent
verbal communication, including telephonic conversations. Solid computer
skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to problem
solve and resolve issues with autonomy. Must be able to work in a
fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail,
and ability to handle stress. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of
McLeod Operating system. Prior dispatch or customer service skills in a
