Objective
The Affiliate Manager at Truly Free Market is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing a high-quality network of affiliates, including top creators and influencers. This role focuses on providing a white-glove experience for affiliates, especially top-tier talent, and ensures they have the resources, incentives, and support needed to represent Truly Free Market effectively. The Affiliate Manager will drive affiliate growth through personalized service, a structured training and rewards program, and detailed performance reporting to optimize engagement and conversion.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management

Proactively recruit new affiliate talent, including top creators and influencers, who align with Truly Free’s mission and values.

Provide white-glove service to high-performing affiliates and top creators to foster loyalty, engagement, and consistent brand representation.

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with affiliates through regular communication and personalized support.
Affiliate Training & Onboarding Program

Develop and manage a comprehensive training program to ensure affiliates understand Truly Free Market’s value proposition, brand values, and best practices.

Create a structured onboarding program that equips new affiliates with necessary resources, guides, and content to begin promoting Truly Free Market’s 3rd party products effectively.

Provide ongoing education and updates to affiliates, including product changes, promotions, and new content initiatives.
Deal Matching & Promotion Support

Analyze deals and bundles from 3rd party sellers on Truly Free Market to identify high-performing or high-value offers,

Recommend the best deals to influencers and affiliates for promotion, ensuring alignment with their audiences and maximizing impact.

Collaborate with influencers to ensure deals are effectively showcased in order achieve desired promotional outcomes.
Incentives Structure & Rewards Program

Design and implement a content supply incentives structure that motivates affiliates to consistently create high-quality content for varied 3rd party sellers.

Develop a rewards program that recognizes and incentivizes high-performing affiliates based on performance metrics, loyalty, and engagement.

Regularly evaluate the incentives and rewards programs to ensure they remain competitive and appealing to top-tier affiliate talent.
Affiliate Engagement & Performance Monitoring

Monitor affiliate engagement and performance through weekly reporting, tracking key metrics such as new affiliate performance, churn rates, and engagement metrics.

Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team on affiliate program health, performance benchmarks, and engagement outcomes.
Content Strategy & Campaign Support

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign-specific content that affiliates can use to promote Truly Free products.

Ensure affiliates have a steady supply of high-quality, brand-aligned content for use across social media, blogs, and other channels.

Support affiliates in understanding campaign goals and the best content practices for maximizing engagement and conversions.
Affiliate Retention & Churn Management

Identify potential risks for affiliate churn and proactively implement strategies to improve retention.

Regularly engage with affiliates to gather feedback, address challenges, and enhance their experience.

Create programs or incentives to re-engage and re-activate affiliates who have shown reduced activity or interest.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience managing affiliate programs, influencer marketing, or partnerships, with a focus on high-touch, B2C brand engagement.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in affiliate management platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Impact, or similar), analytics tools, and CRM software.

Soft Skills: Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to deliver exceptional customer service to top affiliates and creators.

Preferred: Experience in working with eco-friendly or sustainable brands and familiarity with influencer marketing best practices.
