Aerospace Logistics Specialist We are looking for inquisitive and driven aircraft avionics, airframe, and powerplant mechanics with a passion to innovate and influence design. Bring your experience and ideas and help us develop cutting edge concepts for aircraft maintenance. This role will be an integral part of the V-22 team, working closely with customers and design engineers in developing IETM publications. You'll be able to hone your technical abilities on significant maintenance problems, all while gaining experience in leadership and communication.
Rolls as an Aerospace Logistics Specialist
The Aerospace Logistics Specialist focuses on the analysis and technical coordination to develop affordable and supportable military systems for Bell's V-22 Program.The position is responsible for answering Technical Publication Deficiency Reports (TPDR's) and creates technical instructions and notifications for operation and maintenance of military products from Engineering drawingsThese support system resources include: Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA), Provisioning/Supply Support, Task/Maintenance Plan Analysis, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM), Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPB), Electronic Troubleshooting Suite (ETS), Electronic Wiring Suite (EWS), Support Equipment, PHS&T, and Repair Parts and Special Tool List (RPSTLs), and Industry MIL-STD documents and manuals, which span across multiple aircraft platforms, modifications, and development programs.

Skills You Bring To this Role
Demonstrates a working knowledge and the requisite skill sets to work within the IPT/organization.Experienced in Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) authoring and review processesPerforms all assigned tasks to an acceptable quality standard with minimal supervision.Compliant to company processes, procedures, and applicable government regulations.Support and assist in data preparation and presentation for program reviews and perform other work as directed.Proficiency in reading schematics and interpreting technical drawings to develop effective publications.Perform to a set of performance metrics and measurements that give visibility to cost and schedule objectives.
HS Diploma (GED) required - Airframe and Powerplant license and/or bachelor's degree preferred3 years of Military aviation experience and/or 3 years of aviation experience.Familiar with SLICwave (LSA) logistics product data software.Understanding of publication specific authoring.Understanding of MIL-STD-1388 2B.Must have strong analytical skills.Must be experienced with the Microsoft software suite.Must have excellent communication skills.
