We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Senior Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality in the engineering industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in blueprint reading, Aerospace & Defense, quality inspection, and machining. The role requires a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Senior Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for:
1. Conducting detailed inspections of components and assemblies against pre-defined quality standards and specifications.
2. Reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and schematics to ensure product compliance.
3. Working closely with the Aerospace & Defense sectors, ensuring all products meet the stringent quality standards of these industries.
4. Conducting regular quality audits and inspections, identifying non-conformances, and initiating corrective actions.
5. Utilizing precision measurement tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
6. Working cross-functionally with the engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve quality processes.
7. Preparing detailed inspection reports and maintaining accurate documentation of quality control activities.
8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and best practices in quality inspection and machining.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Senior Quality Inspector role, you must have:
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a quality inspection role within the engineering industry.
2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
3. Experience in the Aerospace & Defense sectors, with a strong understanding of their quality standards and requirements.
4. Demonstrated experience in machining and the use of precision measurement tools.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify non-conformances and initiate corrective actions.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
