You Are
We are currently looking for professionals for our Aerospace and Defense (A&D) Security practice with extensive experience in the following:
A&D Security Senior Manager:
Our A&D Security teams help clients identify and evaluate security gaps, subsequently driving the implementation of solutions to mitigate security exposure while meeting regulatory requirements (e.g. NIST, CMMC). They possess relevant cybersecurity technical skills through leading large-scale projects and continuous research of the latest security vulnerabilities, threats, capabilities, and mitigation techniques. They are expected to anticipate security requirements, analyze and understand the client security posture and formulate right-sized solutions based on industry leading practices.

The A&D Security Senior Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex information security engagements. They provide subject matter expertise and drive project delivery execution as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, typically at the director, senior director and C-suite levels. The A&D Security Senior Manager will work with our clients to develop new opportunities, scope engagements and ensure quality delivery of work performed.
Additionally, the A&D Security Senior Manager is expected to understand and have in depth experience in many of the domain areas identified: Cyber Defense, Cloud Security (Government and Commercial Cloud environments - Azure GCC High, AWS GovCloud, GCP), Infrastructure/Network Security, Threat and Vulnerability Management, Advanced Security Analytics, Data Security, Identity Management, Security Operations, Application Security, Supply Chain Security and Managed Security Services working closely with the leadership to develop go to market solutions and implement them for our clients.
Key Responsibilities will include:
+ Delivery of Accenture's Security offerings related to cybersecurity with a focus on security program enhancements across multiple domain areas, security maturity risk assessments, and implementation of technical security solutions and tools
+ Managing and leading large-scale complex cybersecurity engagements with resources distributed across the US and globally
+ Coaching and developing teams of managers, consultants and security analysts
+ Lead and support business development activities including developing proposal responses and managing sales pipeline
+ Deliver new security capabilities and assets to drive business opportunities and support project delivery
The Work
+ Working directly with clients and Accenture teams to design and implement program strategies for cybersecurity, including Cyber Defense, Cloud Security, Infrastructure/Network Security, Threat and Vulnerability Management. Advanced Security Analytics, Data Security, Identity Management, Security Operations, Supply Chain Security, and Managed Security Services
+ Analyzing client's security posture to create current state assessment, gap analysis, and strategic implementation roadmaps adhering to client's and regulatory requirements
+ Performing requirements analysis and developing strategies and solutions for cybersecurity, risk, and information governance
+ Performing risk remediation cost-benefit-analysis for a variety of solutions
+ Establishing return on investment and business process improvements for investments in cybersecurity programs and technologies
+ Developing and integrating cybersecurity metrics and reporting programs for key security, privacy, risk, compliance, and service continuity indicators against regulatory standards (e.g. NIST, CMMC, etc.)
+ Maintain positive rapport with client relationship through effective communications. Play substantive or lead role in establishing and maintaining quality internal and external communications to include deliverables, technical content of reports, proposals, etc.
+ Develop working relationships with Senior Executives and Senior Managers across the A&D client account teams to drive work in across the industry
+ Demonstrate knowledge of A&D Industry and functional specialty Project and program management experience, proven ability to lead project delivery and/or multiple projects delivery
+ Monitor project economics and client billing
+ Demonstrate ability to ensure implementation of security solutions
+ Identify security opportunities to cross-sell other services
+ Translating technical requirements into business terms for executive stakeholders
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here is What You Need
+ Minimum of 8 years experience in Cybersecurity and Information Technology in the Aerospace and Defense Industry and government (e.g. Department of Defense).
+ Minimum of 8 years of overall technical hands-on security experience
+ Minimum of 8 years management experience (people and programs/projects)
+ Minimum of 5 years experience in designing, developing, implementing, and managing solutions across cybersecurity domains (Cyber Defense, Cloud Security, Infrastructure/Network Security, Threat and Vulnerability Management, Application Security, Advanced Security Analytics, Data Security, Identity Management, Security Operations, Supply Chain Security, Managed Security Services, etc.)
+ Minimum of 7 years experience in a program/project leadership role interfacing with clients, managing budgets and ensuring implementation is of quality within the team.
+ Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience.
Bonus points in you have
+ Industry recognized security qualifications, such as CISSP
+ Candidates will have broad security architect skills with solid understanding of cross functional IT Security areas such as Cloud Security, Infrastructure/Network Security, Identity and Access Management, Application Security, Data Protection, Security Operations, Supply Chain Security, and Managed Security Services or security outsourcing delivery and/or experience as a Security Engineer or Security Architect for security products and services with proven ability to develop/solution deals.
+ Prior experience in a client-facing, consulting environment, managing and directing project teams of consultants
+ A strong reputation and presence in the security industry
+ A robust knowledge of security vendors in key security domains, and detailed security product capabilities
+ Must be conversant in security issues, cyber threats, and vulnerability trends
+ Must be conversant in project management principles and project quality methods

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
