AEM Developer at IntePros

One of the world’s leading providers of technology and communications services is looking for an AEM Developer to help transform they way we connect people around the world.

• Develop, customize, and implement Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions to meet project requirements.
• Build and maintain web applications using AEM, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Integrate AEM with third-party systems and platforms as needed.
• Create AEM authoring solutions and custom components aligned with project needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and debug AEM authoring and front-end development issues.
• Stay current on AEM trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend front-end and content management technologies for next-gen platforms.
• Work closely with Solution and Enterprise Architects to align technical direction with broader digital strategies.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for front-end and content management, collaborating with brand teams, operations/support, analytics, customer experience, and more.
• Participate in an Agile squad (scrum team), contributing to delivery schedules.
• Define KPIs in partnership with the Product Manager to monitor implementation progress, platform health, and ongoing platform value.
  
  

• Strong proficiency in Java and/or other backend programming languages.
• Expertise in AEM authoring capabilities and best practices.
• Solid experience with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and SEO principles.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Growth mindset with a commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
  
  

• Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap)
• Experience with Code repository tools like Git
• Experience working with Cross-functional development/design teams
• Experience with Agile teams delivering digital products
• Large development teams and legacy systems
• 2+ years managing clients or working with major stakeholder teams from prominent brands
• Experience with modern UI frameworks
• Proven track record of delivering user-centric products
