Job Summary
We are a rapidly growing multi-custody partnership RIA built by advisors for advisors, dedicated to offering elite independent advisory practices a superior way to serve clients. Our platform provides advisors with a range of capabilities and resources, including a highly flexible investment platform, advanced technology, back-office support, HR, and more.
As an Advisor Advocate, you will play a crucial role as a relationship manager, responsible for overseeing a territory of affiliated independent financial advisor teams. In this role, you will drive advisor engagement and adoption, advocate for advisor teams within your territory, and foster a sense of community across our network.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the RIA or hybrid-RIA space, comprehensive knowledge of the wealth management industry and custodians, and a background in working closely with financial advisors. Ideally, you have previously managed a territory and visited advisor offices. This role also demands strong communication and relationship-building skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Locations: New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and San Diego area candidates preferred, but remote candidates will also be considered.

Duties & Responsibilities
Advisor Engagement
- Support advisors with strategic business or practice management needs
- Consult with advisors on our value-added programs, services, and solutions to enhance engagement and adoption
- Assist newly transitioned teams in navigating and acclimating to the firm
- Travel to territory offices and visit advisor teams within your territory
- Conduct annual partnership reviews with advisor teams in your territory
Advisor Advocacy
- Manage the overall relationship between the firm and affiliated advisor teams
- Act as an advocate and point of escalation for advisor teams both internally and with custodians
- Oversee complex requests or projects on behalf of advisors in your territory
- Seek opportunities to enhance the advisor experience by capturing feedback, identifying opportunities, and overseeing improvements
Advisor Community
- Facilitate in-territory group events with advisors
- Host topic-driven webinars to encourage peer-to-peer collaboration and idea-sharing
- Participate in additional community-building events and conferences at the firm level

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in the RIA, Hybrid-RIA, or wealth management industry
- Familiarity with a tuck-in or aggregator RIA model
- Outstanding customer service skills with a solution-based approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communicator with strong writing skills
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with multiple divisions across the firm
- High touch follow-up capabilities
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for territory management
- Ability to use a project management system

- Base salary: $96,000 to $130,000, based on experience
- Eligibility to participate in the company's bonus program
