Mana Urgent Care- College is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our comprehensive patient care team. We are looking for an individual to work alongside our competent group of specialized support staff in a cohesive and fast-paced environment. Applicants must be able to work independently as well as be enthusiastic and highly motivated. A rotational schedule of approximately eleven days each month with variable weekend coverage offers ample time off, schedule flexibility, and plenty of opportunity to maintain a positive work life balance.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care for the patient/family that will promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Complete a comprehensive health history and performs a focused physical examination.
- Identify physiological, psychosocial, safety, and educational needs.
- Evaluate and document diagnostic finding and the patients responses to therapy.
- Perform appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic interventions/procedures as indicated by the
patient's condition.
- Current APRN Certification in Arkansas or Physician Assistant Certification
- Master's degree in nursing or Physician Assistant Certification with at least 1-2 years of experience in outpatient family medicine.
