Advanced Practice Provider General Cardiology in Peoria - OSF HealthCare

JOB SPECIFICS:

• The Cardiology team is seeking a General Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider to join their team! 
• Total of 21+ Cardiologists in Peoria which includes Heart Failure Physicians and Electrophysiologists and total of 15 APN's and 2 Heart Failure APN's in Peoria
• Will work closely with all cardiologists and APN's
• This role will be ambulatory based at our Knoxville Avenue location and will require travel to remote clinic at least 1 day per week
• This role will be Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm with call
  • Call Details: Inpatient call or call center coverage dependent on certification and background of APN. Inpatient call is 1 weekend every other month (with option to pick up extra, if wanted). Weeknight call is about 2 times per month and 1 Friday per quarter. Will receive stipends for call coverage.

• Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $60.39 - $73.68
  • Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
• Licensed to provide either an advanced practice nursing services in the State of Illinois as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act] OR [physician assistant services as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in accordance with the Illinois Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987 ("Act") Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics.
• BLS/ALS Certified Experience is preferred however; new graduates will be considered.
