Position Summary :
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will provide all aspects of care including chronic conditions, well care and acute care to patients in a cost effective manner with a focus on quality outcomes. The APP acts as a role model to facilitate and enhance the development of quality nursing care through evidence based practice.
Position Requirements :
Nurse Practitioner:
+ Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Registered Professional Nurse and Advance Practice Nurse.
+ Masters of Science in Nursing with clinical specialty appropriate to position.
+ Current certification by American Nurse Creditionalling Center or American Academy of Nurse Practitioner.
+ Maintains State of Illinois and Federal DEA license.
+ Must maintain Copley Memorial Hospital clinical privileges, if applicable
+ Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with 2 years of experience in area of clinical specialty.
+ CPR certification.
+ Excellent communication skills.
Physician Assistant:
+ Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Physician Assistant.
+ Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
+ Current certification from National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
+ Must maintain Copley Memorial Hospital clinical privileges, if applicable
+ Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with 2 years of experience in area of clinical specialty.
+ CPR certification
+ Excellent communication skills.
