CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

In our collaborative environment, you’ll perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in developing process procedures, assembly instructions, process set-up, preventive maintenance and/or calibration tasks. We’ll rely on the Advanced Manufacturing Operations Technician to use sophisticated programs/software to author and issue work plans and/or collect and evaluate operating data to conduct online adjustments to products, instruments or equipment as well as determine and develop methods and procedures to execute, control, or modify the manufacturing process.

What you bring to the table:
- An Associate’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing systems and process issues to root cause and seek out opportunities for process improvement
- Ability to install, qualify, maintain, and repair line manufacturing equipment
- J-STD-001 Space Addendum or IPC-A-610 experience
- Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and complex circuit card manufacturing experience
