• Perfect your soldering skills leading to J-STD certification, ensuring readiness for skills evaluation.
• Execute assembly tasks on products spanning handpieces to electronic devices, as per standardized procedures.
• Interpret blueprints and precisely enact instructions for consistent assembly quality.
• Craft and refine wire harnesses and cable systems, performing interim quality inspections.
• Thoroughly test assemblies at all stages, ensuring product integrity and performance.
• Adeptly handle a range of assembly equipment, from manual to automated systems.
• Adhere strictly to ESD protocols to prevent damage and enhance safety.
• Rotate through versatile manufacturing tasks, sustaining efficient team dynamics.
• Commit to scheduled overtime consistently.
• Leverage basic computer skills to support operational needs.
• Maintain equipment through routine preventive care.
• Undertake workspace organization and maintenance in alignment with housekeeping standards.
• Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously, using protective gear when necessary.
• Endorse 5S management and participate in perpetual improvement strategies.
• Communicate effectively across shifts to ensure smooth workflow transitions.

Requisites You Bring:

• Minimum six months’ verified expertise in electronic assembly with adept soldering skills.
• Capability to stand, maneuver, and manage equipment weighing up to 35 pounds unassisted.
• Visual acuity at least 20/40, with color perception, is a must.
