• Kickstart your journey with a starting pay of $19.50/hr with an additional $1.50 for 2nd shifts.

Daily Responsibilities

Envision this: You begin your day at the Timken facility, where you'll:

• Program and operate CNC machinery, crafting essential components from raw material.
• Make informed decisions on tooling, fixturing, and operation speed.
• Conduct first-piece part validation, ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Oversee machine operations, including regular checks and adjustments.
• Ensure machinery upkeep, like fluid maintenance and tool sharpening.

Who We're Looking For

You're the right fit if you have:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Preferably a year in manufacturing with CNC exposure
• Familiarity with machinery from Hardinge, HAAS, or similar
• Competence in using measuring tools and interpreting blueprints
• Willingness to work flexible shifts: 1st (7:00am – 3:30pm) or 2nd (3:30pm – 12:00am)
