WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
We offer flexible schedule options Monday through Friday with one day off during the week, 10:00 am - 6:00 p.m., with no holidays. We rotate on-call weekends and provide per-diem hours as well.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As an integral part of our healthcare team, you perform a range of vital duties to ensure the well-being of our individuals. Conducting bi-monthly in-home audits and medication reviews, you meticulously maintain health records, ensuring all necessary documentation is current. Beyond this, you play a crucial role in assessing and coordinating healthcare services, proactively communicating any medical concerns to the Director of Nursing, members of the healthcare team, parents/guardians, the Area Director, and relevant medical providers.
You diligently manage medication and treatment orders, noting any side effects and reporting to the appropriate parties. Additionally, you contribute to staff training in medication policies and procedures. Physical assessments include monitoring vital signs, administering medications in adherence to MAP regulations, and providing essential wound care and G and J tube care as needed. It's a busy job, and you love every minute of it!

Requirements:
- Current MA LPN license
- Valid driver's license
1+ years of experience as an LPN is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome!
