Adult Learning Specialist
Contract period of performance for 12+ months
40 hours weekly, NON EXEMPT OT is at 1.5%
Can be hybrid (3 days in the office after the training period).
First shift (start time is flexible somewhere between 8-9am, end time would be 8 hours after starting).

Education – BS in marketing, education, communication, training, or similar.
Some education in EHS subjects, chemistry, or environmental/ safety sciences is a plus.3 years of experience
Proven and demonstratable experience in:
- Creating learning materials for instructors and learner audiences. This includes competency tests.
- Software such as: articulate, Captivate, Canva, animated video-making software such as doodle, vvyond, simple show.
- Scriptwriting and creating video shorts that help others learn.
- Creating gamified learning activities.
- Developing classroom or work area learning curricula.
- Creating and editing short video files using cell phones or similar
Successful candidates will be creative, innovative, and willing to grow their knowledge and enthusiasm for environmental, health, and safety-related subject matter.
- Organize and maintain curricula aimed at various levels of educational needs for the entire organization. Includes regular review/revision to manage changes needed by subject matter experts and to incorporate learner/ instructor feedback.
- Identify areas of needed improvement within existing content and take corrective action
- Arrange meetings to engage and solicit input from global community of subject matter experts to ensure learning content is meeting regulatory and company requirements.
- Establish communication channels to inform stakeholders of changing learning resources and work to ensure they can access and teach using the new/revised learning materials.
- Partner with others to ensure learning materials meet standards and are integrated within various learning asset libraries, L@M and other business systems.
