RGroup Realty is currently seeking an Adopting Real Estate Agent to play a crucial role in sustaining and improving client relationships during agent transitions. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the client databases of departing agents, ensuring seamless transitions, and strengthening connections with former clients. You will work closely with RGroup Realty's Agent Success Coordinator (ASC), focusing on relationship-building while the ASC assists with CRM management and communications. This role is perfect for a driven individual ready to grow the business and uphold a 5-star client experience.
Responsibilities
Client Transition Management:
- Partner with exiting agents to create and implement a seamless transition plan for their client database, ensuring minimal disruption and high client satisfaction.
Client Communication & Relationship Building:
- Leverage the support of the ASC for CRM-related communications and database maintenance, allowing you to dedicate more time to engaging clients, maintaining relationships, and offering exceptional service.
Manage Active Transactions:
- Take over ongoing listings or buyer agreements from exiting agents, ensuring transaction processes comply with company standards and local regulations.
CRM for Marketing:
- Use Brivity CRM to deliver automated market reports, home valuations, and follow-up plans. Collaborate with the ASC to guarantee clients receive timely, relevant updates.
Personalized Client Engagement:
- Build trust and retain clients by delivering a personalized experience through direct interaction, while the ASC manages CRM tasks.
Property Listings & Showings:
- Handle property listings, marketing, and showings using Brivity CRM to enhance property visibility and client engagement.
Database Maintenance:
- Work alongside the ASC to maintain an up-to-date and organized client database, facilitating efficient follow-up and streamlined management.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Marketing, Documentation, and other departments to ensure smooth handling of all client transactions.
Professional Development:
- Stay informed about market trends, real estate laws, and best practices, while utilizing tools like Brivity CRM, Appfolio, and Brokermint to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
What you should have:
- Active Real Estate License in good standing for the state of [State].
- 3 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on client relationship management being a plus.
- Technologically savvy, with proficiency in Brivity CRM, Appfolio, and Brokermint.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to delivering top-tier client service.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions and client communications simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and independent, capable of taking ownership of client transitions.
- A collaborative team player, willing to work closely with the ASC and other internal teams to drive operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing or transitioning real estate client databases.
- Proven proficiency in using Brivity CRM for market reports, home valuations, and automated plans.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable deals on behalf of clients.
