Job Summary:
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing nursing operations and staff schedules

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Participate in staff training and development

Monitor patient care plans and outcomes

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in NJ

Previous nursing leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
