Some Duties and Responsibilities for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):

• Supervise all clinical and administrative functions in the facility in conjunction with and assisting the DON Director of Nursing

• Act as Infection Prevention Nurse and Spearhead employee education for the whole facility

• Provide leadership and training to the nurse management team

• Monitor and maintain facility's compliance with all pertinent State and Federal regulations

• Oversight of the facility quality assurance process Ensure that individual rights and opportunity for choice exist for all residents

 Requirements for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):

• Must have a current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License

• Experience in performance management and effective leadership Proven leadership & management skills Strong verbal & written communication skills

• Must maintain confidentiality regarding resident & CFSC proprietary information

• Ability to relate professionally & work cooperatively with residents & staff at all levels

• Strong knowledge of Point Click Care
