SUMMARY:

If this is your calling, we are looking for an Adobe Workfront System Administrator to play a pivotal role in the continual development of our Marketing project management platform.
As the Marketing Workfront System Administrator, you will be responsible for the forward momentum, utilization, and optimization of the Adobe Workfront application. From leading Workfront Governance group, enhancing system functionality, to aiding users with better reporting, this position is a critical support role within the Marketing organization. This role is within the Marketing PMO, you'll work closely with teams across the globe and in all departments within and outside of Marketing, to improve and optimize the way we collaborate, plan, accomplish, and deliver work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Workfront Governance :
- Co-leads an internal Workfront Governance Counsel responsible for ensuring system standardization and utilization across several different user groups within Marketing and on partnering departmental teams
- Supports other Group Administrators on system best practices and utilization alterations to best serve their working group while staying compliant with the governance structure
- Provides input into Workfront enhancements/updates plan that incorporates new releases from Adobe paired with current functionality.
- Acts as the Workfront champion and day-to-day resource for the Marketing department, and evaluates user feedback submitted via the Workfront Support Queue for system changes, troubleshooting and/or enhancements.
- Provides technical subject matter expertise and business process knowledge to teams while gathering requirements and supporting business analysis
- Actively completes system builds, configurations and development tasks for system enhancements
- Develops projects and reporting within Workfront to track system projects, implementations, and governance
- Conducts regular audits on system utilization and data to increase system quality, resolve inconsistencies and correct workflow and/or system integration processes.
- Partners with Workfront users to map current state processes and translate into new processes workflows utilizing Workfront to improve inefficiencies
- Assists direct leader in mapping future state process and data diagrams to recommend Workfront solutions
- Assists in implementing process improvements utilizing Workfront to improve workflow management
- Builds reports and dashboards to aid in user workflow, portfolio/program/projects, various project types and resource management.
- Evaluates user feedback submitted via the Workfront Support Queue for system changes and enhancements.
- Conduct system audit and clean up efforts for improving overall system organization.
- Create training materials including but not limited to: training presentations, QRGs (Quick Reference Guides) and other materials.
- Assisting with new employee onboarding within the Marketing department to ensure familiarity with the Workfront system and understanding of role-specific responsibilities within the system as needed.
- Perform daily system administration duties and activities such as add/update/manage users, groups, teams, access levels, request queue management and respond to new user requests within 24 hrs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront Administration experience, in a technical capacity, supporting the tool within a marketing organization. Workfront Admin Certification a plus.
- You've used a project management system and have evangelized use of it with your business partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite. Familiarity with common corporate technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite, Slack.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing processes and principles is extremely helpful.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results on time & gracefully under pressure.
- Extraordinary and articulate communication (both written and verbal), organizational, and interpersonal skills. The role requires a high level of patience, diplomacy and fortitude and a strong voice in an always evolving environment.
- Strong time-management skills: ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to quickly understand context relating to business processes to connect how a small change can affect the larger system dynamics or affect business goals.
- Effective relationship-building skills, ability to cultivate strong partnerships across teams; a phenomenal colleague who leaves ego at the door.

- Experience with implementing change management methodologies in a large, global, corporate setting is a huge plus
