Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled eCommerce Data Analyst with expertise in Adobe Analytics to join our team within a leading U.S. insurance company. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with key stakeholders to extract requirements and build Adobe Analytics workspaces. These workspaces will be focused on evaluating the performance of digital landing pages across various insurance product lines, including Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, Motorcycle Insurance, and Small Business Insurance. Your responsibilities will encompass creating and managing a precise and scalable report suite tailored specifically for eCommerce Lines of Business (LOBs). Additionally, you will be instrumental in shaping our reporting strategy over a 12-month timeline, involving the refinement of existing reports and the introduction of innovative reporting approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders to formulate Adobe Analytics workspaces.
- Develop Adobe Analytics workspaces for insurance product lines to assess digital landing page performance.
- Lead the development and maintenance of an accurate and adaptable report suite for different eCommerce LOBs.
- Create a comprehensive 12-month reporting roadmap that enhances current reporting and introduces new reporting initiatives.
- Research best practices in digital reporting and provide recommendations to guide the reporting roadmap.
- Define the overarching framework and strategy for data collection and reporting, identifying crucial KPIs to enhance the eCommerce customer experience.
- Monitor digital product landing page performance, collaborate with eCommerce leaders to identify actionable improvements, and offer recommendations influencing digital reporting and eCommerce strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including insurance product line leadership, SEO, and Analytics to optimize eCommerce digital reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Analytics.
- Proven track record (5+ years) of crafting Adobe Analytics workspaces focused on evaluating digital landing page performance.
- Exceptional ability to create clear visualizations simplifying complex performance data.
- Strong skills in translating raw data into insights for stakeholders.
- Proficiency in translating rough requirements into comprehensive workspaces.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and providing recommendations to shape digital reporting strategies and meaningful KPIs.
- Proficient in researching and analyzing top-tier digital reporting practices, translating insights into actionable recommendations for digital reporting strategies.
- Over 5 years of experience monitoring and analyzing digital product landing page performance, collaborating with eCommerce leaders to propose enhancements influencing the digital product landing page roadmap.
- Capability to design multi-year roadmaps outlining the planned implementation of new digital reporting techniques and optimizations to existing approaches.
- More than 2 years of experience in suggesting and implementing process enhancements.
- Proficiency (6+ years) in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
- Familiarity with SEO reporting considered a plus.
