Under the supervision of the Executive Director, Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative and clerical support functions.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified administrative assistant professional in the field of aging services with demonstrated competence.
- Experience in skilled nursing setting.
- Two or more years in an office environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal interactions that results in team building.
- Maintains a consistent level of productivity.
- Excellent communication skills.
Education and Experience
- Degree and diplomas: High school diploma. Bachelor's Degree preferred but no required
- Certificates, Licenses: TB screening and successful completion of a health examination by a health care provider is required for employment. Valid California driver's license.
- Experience: Qualified administrative assistant professional in the field of healthcare or aging services with demonstrated competence. Two or more years in an office environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills/Aptitudes: Ability to interact with frail elderly. Ability to work independently and to provide administrative support to an interdisciplinary team. Good organizational skills. Ability to handle complex interpersonal situations.
Location : Los Angeles, CA
Setting : Senior Healthcare
Shift : Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 hours
Pay Rate : $20-$23 per hour based on the experience
