Position Overview
The Admissions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations of the Admissions department. The Admissions Supervisor will lead a team of advisors, providing training, support, and guidance to optimize the performance and enhance the student experience. By leveraging data analytics and best practices, the Admissions Supervisor will drive continuous improvement in admissions strategies and outcomes. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-level issues and escalations effectively.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Oversee the daily operations of the admissions team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and high-quality performance.
- Ensure the admissions team adheres to industry best practices and continuously seeks to improve methods and outcomes.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance overall admissions outcomes.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Assess advisors’ interactions throughout the student life cycle, providing detailed evaluations and constructive feedback, guidance, and solutions.
- Manage the scheduling and staffing needs of the admissions team to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
- Perform final reviews of student applications to ensure they meet NLC’s minimum admissions requirements.
- Monitor systems and processes to ensure prompt and effective contact and follow-up with leads, applicants and enrolled students as needed, and handle high-level issues and escalations that cannot be resolved by Admissions Advisors.
- Maintain strict compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory and accreditation standards, ensuring all Admissions Advisors adhere to the Admissions Code of Conduct.
- Responsible for the oversight, performance management, and professional development of the advisor team, ensuring high standards of service and continuous improvement.
Required Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree in business, education, or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in admissions-related, student services, recruitment, or customer service role.
- Minimum of two (2) years in a management or leadership role in a team environment.
- Additional four (4) years’ experience in admissions-related, student services, recruitment, or customer service role, in lieu of degree.

Salary
$63,500 - $70,500 annual salary, DOE
