Orleans Technical College is a post-secondary, nonprofit career school—operated by JEVS Human Services—that is committed to helping individuals achieve their employment goals.
Under the supervision of the Director of Admissions, the Admissions Representative performs the following duties.
Responsibilities:
- Responds to correspondence and phone calls regarding courses offered by OTC

Provides information to potential students inquiring about courses at OTC

Schedules appointments at the school to interview prospective students

Completes required enrollment forms and paperwork when recommending a prospect for acceptance to OTC.

Ensure pre-start paperwork is completed and provide continuous follow-up services to accepted students starting classes.

Conducts lead development activities such as contacting prospects who fail to make appointments or do not show up at scheduled appointments.

Conducts presentations at high schools, community groups, and other locations as required.

Participates in all promotional, recruitment, and retention efforts of the school as needed.

Meets enrollment goals set by Director of Admissions.
Qualifications:
- High School education or equivalent.
- At least 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably inschool recruitment
- Proven track record in the recruitment field
- Public speaking experience and skills
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including occasional evenings and Saturdays
- Personal vehicle andvalid driver’s license required

The base pay for this position ranges from $55,000 to $58,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
