NOW HIRING: Admissions and Marketing Director
Responsibilities of an Admissions and Marketing Director:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the nursing home's services and attract new residents.
- Manage all aspects of the admissions process, including inquiries, tours, assessments, and admissions paperwork.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and other referral sources to generate admissions leads.
- Coordinate and participate in community outreach activities, such as health fairs, networking events, and educational seminars.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to assess prospective residents' needs and ensure appropriate placement and care plans.
- Oversee the admissions staff and provide training and guidance on best practices.
- Track and analyze admissions data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Admissions and Marketing Director Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or sales, preferably in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
