Mayfield Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 150-bed facility providing long-term care, skilled rehabilitation, intensive outpatient care, and memory care. We are currently seeking a full-time Admissions Director to join our team. The ideal candidate must be devoted and passionate about their chosen career. Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources to promote skilled services

• Responsible for achieving the proposed company census and revenue objectives

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications optional
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in long-term care
• Proven ability to successfully market the services of the organization.
