Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective admissions and marketing strategies to meet facility census goals

- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals

- Conduct facility tours and assessments to determine patient suitability for admission

- Coordinate the admission process, including completing admission paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions and excellent patient care

- Analyze and report on admission trends, census, and market data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in admissions or marketing within the skilled nursing industry

- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding admissions and census goals

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and marketing skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
