About the Job
Admissions Director Requirements:
Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities including, but not limited to planning educational lunches in and out of the building
Meets with key referral sources e.g. Eldercare Attorneys, Senior Centers, Physician's offices, hospitals
Researches physicians in our targeted area to partner with our facility
Should be familiar with Philadephia area and the surrounding community
Sell and promotes facility services in PA
Build sales within assigned area according to goals
Must be creative, self-motivated, and have a pleasant and helpful disposition.
Must have long term care experience as an external liaison or marketer
- Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and apply good judgment based on the principles of sound management
- Respond to SWs at hospitals and other facilities about referrals
Familiar with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO
Familiar with PCC
Present tours of facility to perspective residents
- Sign admissions agreements
- Attend weekly UR meetings

8 hour shift
Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Admissions Director Education:
Associate (Preferred)
Admissions Director Experience:
Healthcare Admissions: 1 year (Preferred)
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
Skilled Nursing Facility: 1 year (Preferred)
