We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Director to coordinate all admissions and transfers to the facility as well as marketing facility services in the immediate and surrounding referral communities.

Admissions Directors must have the following:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a nursing home or long-term care admissions and/or marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of the admission process and Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Managed Care, and other payer types.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
- Reliable and self-starter.
As an Admissions Director, you will:
- Be responsible for the complete admission process of new and returning residents.
- Manage referral process.
- Conduct facility tours as necessary.
- Communicate to the IDT team information on new admissions, discharges, and readmissions.
- Meet and greet new residents and family members and obtain required documentation and signatures.
- Collaborate with the Business office on daily census reconciliation.
- Participate in morning and afternoon meetings.
- Participate in the bed management process.
- Assist with room moves as needed.
