Join our team as an Admissions Counselor in Chattanooga, TN, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus! This full-time position involves 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM at a 94-bed treatment center specializing in psychiatric and addiction services for all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate admissions and clinical intake assessments.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Ensure benefit eligibility and communicate with relevant parties.
• Coordinate admissions and transfers within the facility.
• Maintain accurate medical record documentation.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude towards patients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a social services field required; Master’s preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in mental/behavioral health preferred.
• Current licensure as required for clinical specialty.
