Job Summary:
Transitional Care Center of Seattle is looking for someone who has a kind approach with the elderly, is a good listener, can build rapport easily, and has good communication skills. If you are interested in making a difference in our residents lives and can work collaboratively with others, we would love to have you apply for our Admissions Coordinator position and be apart of the EmpRes family.
Essential Functions:
Assist in coordinating the admission of each new resident, ensuring resident’s room is ready before they arrive and communicating with all departments to prepare for the new resident
Obtain required information and admit residents in an efficient manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures
Conduct facility tours and ensure the interior of the facility is tour-ready
Maintain a current listing of all residents, their level of care, and assigned room numbers
Maintain an accurate record of available beds
Collect, assemble, and check admission papers
Assist in the orientation program for residents and families in accordance with our established policies and procedures
