Admissions Coordinator and Admissions Concierge Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Admissions Coordinator/Admissions Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidates will manage the admissions process and ensure a seamless experience for our residents and their families.
Responsibilities: - Assist in the admissions process for new residents, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently - Maintain a presentable and professional appearance at all times - Ensure that resident rooms and common areas are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing - Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and compassionate manner - Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications: - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of Medicaid processes - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information If you are a detail-oriented, quick-paced professional with a passion for providing exceptional service in a healthcare setting, we would love to hear from you.
