We are hiring a dynamic Flight Training Student Advisor, Admission Specialist and Recruiter to join our team.

About the Role:
As our Flight Training Student Advisor and Admission Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for aspiring pilots from around the world. Your mission will be to guide them through their journey from curious prospects to enrolled flight students, ready to spread their wings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive program and pricing information to prospective airline career flight students
• Transparency about flight training terms, expectations, obstacles, policies and financials
• Conduct initial admissions meetings with domestic and international flight students online and in person
• Manage enrollment and admission tasks, including document processing and administrative work
• Utilize CRM, Ticketing Systems and marketing tools for new flight student recruiting
• Offer ongoing support and guidance to students, including complaint, tracking and progress management

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

• A strong aviation background
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Multilingual abilities (a big plus!)
• Relevant educational qualifications
• An approachable and friendly demeanor
