Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Virtual
Pay: $15 - $18 / hour initially with possibility of performance based increases
US Ghost Adventures is looking for an administrative assistant to join our corporate team. This person will work to support the Vice President of Marketing, and will be remote from home.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work at least 20-25 hours per week, although 40 hours per week would be preferrable
- Quality Control - native English proficiency and the ability to review, edit, and quality control social media postings and various marketing communications.
- Field inbound communications - Answer phone calls/general email inquiries
- Coordinate scheduling - Set up meetings for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize internal resources - Build out and maintain processes to keep files organized and easily accessible.
- Communicate policies and procedures - Alert employees of new processes, rules and regulations.
- Facilitate executive-level operations - Assist on special projects on a case by case basis that can range from reviewing documents to data entry to booking travel, submit expense reports and send communications for high-level staff as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environmentÂ
