Job Responsibilities:
- Meet resident care goals and objectives by: - Providing oversight of all direct and indirect care provided by clinical personnel to ensure that the Plans of Care/NSA’s are implemented and followed
- Ensure the RN has orders that are current and signed by a physician
- Incorporate and educate client and family/caregivers in the planning process by maintaining a high level of communication
- Follow all documentation rules in electronic charting systems according to state rule and regulations -
- Ensure all other state rules and regulations are followed by maintaining the resident policy and procedure manual -
- Adhere to patient’s rights
- Maintain open communication with the scheduling and office team
- Utilize online all office systems, including ABS; Microsoft office applications
- Provide training and oversight for the house staff
- Execute discipline staff in a timely and productive way
- Field calls after hours, if needed
Job Requirements:
- Two (2) years’ experience in assisted living or memory car
- Two (2) years’ experience managing or leading a team
- Experience in administrative position and/or managing client/resident services within a healthcare office setting preferred
- Current state administrator license to practice in the state of Idaho Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, such as nursing or health care management
- Must be CPR certified, medication tech certified in the state of Idaho, and obtain food handler safety certification or license
- Comply with accepted professional standards of practice.

- Travel as needed for various resident care service needs
- Participation in an after hours on call rotation
