Administrator/Customer Service Associate - Full Time
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $20-$25 per hour, plus overtime opportunities
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Our thriving collision center in Phoenix, AZ is actively seeking a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator/Customer Service Associate. This role is integral to maintaining exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients throughout their car servicing journey.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing assistance to both potential and existing customers
- Liaise effectively between various departments, including insurance companies, customers, estimators, and our car care team
- Accurately input and manage data for parts and customer details
- Maintain open communication with the car care team to promptly address any customer installation issues
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist in ordering supplies for the car care center and office team
- Deliver consistently excellent customer service while supporting basic administrative duties
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service and administrative roles
- Proficient organization and attention to detail
- Experience within a car dealership or collision center is advantageous
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure customer situations
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
