Position Overview:
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the peer review process for the Department of Justice's Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) grant applications. This seasonal position typically lasts 4-6 months and offers recurring annual opportunities based on the peer review schedule. Your responsibilities will include coordinating activities and providing quality assurance support to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the review process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate peer review activities
• Numerous quality assurance tasks
• Accurately enter and maintain data within the client’s database
• Screen grant applications to ensure they meet basic eligibility criteria
• Collect, quality-check and update application data reports to ensure accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service to SMEs, including support with grant review software
