A full-service certified public accounting and business consulting firm in Portland, Maine is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our fast-paced, high-performing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal teams and external clients
- Assemble and process tax returns, financial statements, and letters with precision
- Format bills for managers and partners
- Assist the business and professional development managers in a variety of projects
- Set up new clients in our systems and ensure seamless onboarding
- Manage special projects that arise, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard
What You’ll Bring:
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment
- Tenacity to learn and master new software programs
- A collaborative spirit with a client-service focus—always ready to go the extra mile for colleagues and clients alike
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
**there may be some overtime during tax season**
Location: 100% onsite in Portland, ME. After 1 year of good standing employment there may be an opportunity for hybrid flexibility
Pay: $20-25/hr. depending on experience
