ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
This is a great opportunity for somebody that enjoys managing projects and administrative tasks. Our client is looking to hire an Administrative Support Specialist to manage the administrative side of property repairs, including communication with insurance companies, contractors, and homeowners. Experience with insurance claims or property management would be preferred
Duties of the ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
- Communicate between multiple external entities
- Provide strong customer service and communication with customers
- Document updates on projects
Requirements of the ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong customer focused attitude
- Experience with administrative tasks, preferably within construction, insurance or property management
- Ability to multi-task and manager multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be organized and have strong time management skills
This position is a great opportunity with a strong OKC company and has growth potential. Pay is $17-19/hr depending on experience with a competitive benefits package.
