Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to all divisions within the company, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation, with a focus on enhancing team collaboration.
Answering Phone Line: Manage the company's main phone line, answer calls promptly and professionally, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and take detailed messages when necessary.
Communication: Act as a key point of contact for customers and employees, ensuring clear and effective communication that aligns with our company's values of transparency and inclusiveness.
Document Management: Maintain and organize company records, both electronic and paper, ensuring they are accessible to team members and comply with company policies.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes, with an emphasis on encouraging participation and shared decision-making.
Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information in company systems, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of the company, working closely with other employee-owners to meet project goals.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
