Administrative Support Person at Robert Finke and Sons

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Support Person to join our team at Robert H. Finke & Sons Inc. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to various departments within the organization, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, reporting and office related errands when necessary
• Respond to inquiries and provide information to staff, clients, and vendors
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
• Help create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and databases
• Collaborate with team members on special projects
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Uphold a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
• Provide general support to visitors
• Help with coordinating special events including open houses, training workshops, and customer/client visits

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is not a “work from home” position, and will be based out of our Selkirk NY location.
• High school diploma required; additional certifications or training in office administration is a plus
