Administrative Support - PrideStaff

Growing Delray Beach manufacturing company seeks energetic and detailed Administrative Support person to fill the role of internal customer service and support for the office overall. Our client has established a strong brand presence in their industry as an innovative, industry-leading developer and manufacturer.

In this diverse role, you will provide light administrative support to Human Resources, and assist with overflow from other departments. 

Our chosen Administrative Support person must possess a positive attitude with a "can do, will do" attitude and the ability to think critically and follow through.   

The Administrative Support position needs a person with a "can do", positive attitude.  We are seeking someone technically savvy who can think out of the box. 

• Maintain office and kitchen supplies for the office and staff
• Process purchase orders office supplies and equipment
• Support HR Manager with various tracking and reporting projects 
• Professionally communicate matters with HR or related departments as required
• Ensure that applicant and employee files are in proper order and compliant 
• Organize, research, classify, and record data. 

Requirements:

• Strong skills in Data Entry, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Technical capacity and interest in technical products.
• Excellent written and verbal (telephone) communication skills.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Exceptional organizational skills – deadline oriented with the ability to prioritize work assignments and use time in the most effective way.
• Capacity to anticipate, with the ability to think ahead and plan accordingly.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
