Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, and organizing office materials.
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Handle office supplies inventory and assist with purchasing when needed.
- Support special projects, event coordination, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently or as part of a team.
Salary
