Hours of operation: 8:30am - 5pm
JOB SUMMARY
- The Administrative Support is responsible for the overall coordination of the clerical operations for the Care Group Team.
- Performs complex and diversified projects in support of the activities for the assigned areas.
- Education/Regulatory Requirements:
- High school or the equivalent preferred.
- If level 2 must a) Associate Degree in related area and minimum of 3 years’ experience in business office. b) Proficient with healthcare terminology.
- Skills:
- One year experience working in business office and/or hospital unit, preferable.
- Ability to type 45 correct words per minute.
- Mastery of essential office skills, superior organization, and effective communicator.
- Must have basic computer skills, including word processing and data entry - excel spreadsheet experience a plus.
- Professional Requirements:
- Impeccable customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette.
- Sensitive, compassionate, caring, efficient, self-motivated, proactive, and flexible.
